Job cluster outage

At Monday 21 January, 11.30 AM after an outage of our core jobs servers the API returned an error preventing authenticated users to login or open timelines/publications. Restarting the job service did not resolve the problem, after that we restarted the entire job cluster. This fixed the issue.

We will further investigate with our hosting solution parter how we can prevent a job cluster outage to block the login service of the Prepr back end.
