[Resolved] Connection issues with the Prepr UI, Cache, and Website

We are currently investigating an issue causing some customers to receive 500 error responses when accessing the Prepr UI. In addition, some cache invalidation requests are not being processed correctly, which may result in stale content being served.

Our team is actively working with Fastly to identify the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We continue working on the resolution.

The connectivity issues affecting a small number of customers have been resolved. Following routing adjustments by our network provider, service stability has returned to normal and we are no longer observing elevated error rates.

We continue to work with our infrastructure partners to better understand the underlying cause.
