We’re performing a database upgrade. This maintenance will take place from September 4th, 11:00 PM to September 5th, 5:00 AM CEST.

During this window, the Prepr UI won’t be available, and any signed-in users will be signed out when the maintenance starts. The Mutation API and MCP server will be in read-only mode and won’t accept any write operations. Reading existing content through the API or MCP server will continue normally.

This evening at 19:00 CEST, we will replace a TLS certificate on our EU network.

We do not expect any service impact during this maintenance. This notification is being posted as a precaution in case of any unexpected disruption.

During the transition, a small number of domains experienced invalid certificate responses for approximately 50 seconds. This issue has been resolved, and all traffic is now being handled by the new certificates.

This morning, our webhook service experienced an outage, which temporarily affected webhook delivery. The issue has been resolved, and all queued webhooks have now been successfully delivered.
