During the migration, a brief service interruption of up to 15 seconds is expected. Our team will actively monitor the environment throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition and maintain platform stability.

We’re performing a critical database upgrade. This maintenance will take place from July 17, 11:00 PM to July 18, 5:00 AM.

During this window, EU region databases will be in read-only mode. Reading existing content in the UI and through the API will continue normally. However, creating new content, updating existing content, and deleting content via the API, MCP server, or UI will be unavailable. Please plan any critical write operations outside the maintenance window.

The maintenance that was scheduled for Friday July 17th between 11:00 PM and 05:00 AM CEST has now been postponed. This means that there will be no disruption to Prepr services as was previously communicated.

We will keep you updated about any future scheduled maintenance dates.

We're currently experiencing issues with schema syncs due to an ongoing outage at GitHub. This is outside of our infrastructure, and we're monitoring GitHub's status closely. Existing schemas remain available, but new syncs are not working for now. No action is needed on your end. We'll update this notice as the situation changes.
