As part of our continued growth and to further expand platform capacity and performance, we will be carrying out a scheduled infrastructure upgrade.

During this maintenance window, dedicated infrastructure will be migrated to a new data center environment to support additional resources and future scalability. The migration will be carefully executed and fully supervised by our engineering team.

Planned date Tuesday, 24 March

No service interruption is expected during this migration. Our team will actively monitor the environment throughout the process to ensure stability.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting our platform. As a result, all services are currently either unavailable or operating with severely reduced availability.
